Many health care professionals believe that a good exercise program can help greatly with your mental state. Due to the lack of sunlight in winter many of us can suffer from something called Seasonal Affective Disorder - SAD! It has been found that even though we don't get sunlight during the winter months exercise can be a very good tool against this.
One of the recommendations from experts in mental health is to take part in at least 30 minutes vigorous exercise 3 times a week! Do consult your doctor before starting and remember start slow and work your way up to 30 minutes.

Not only will this help you loose weight, it in fact helps your cardiovascular system. You may not feel the immediate benefits, you might feel more tired and more frustrated with the exercise in the beginning! But keep going! The more the routine you make it the faster you will get results!
